Header herbed haloumi recipe

Herbed Haloumi - New Recipe from my 2nd Cookbook

A quick and easy, tasty dish for all of the family to enjoy. Serves 2-3 people.


500g Thick Sliced Haloumi
1/2 Bunch Fresh Coriander
1/2 Bunch Fresh Basil
1/2 Bunch Fresh Mint
1/2 Bunch Fresh Parsley
100g Macadamia Nuts
1/2 Cup Olive Oli

How to Do It?

In a food processor, mix all the herbs with the macadamia nuts and blend.
While the food processor is running, slowly add the olive oil.
Grill the Haloumi on a medium hot grill for about a minute each side and pour the pesto on top before serving.
